Community Guidelines

ATG STORE is committed to building a welcoming and trustworthy community for gamers. These guidelines outline the behavior we expect from all users and the standards that keep our platform safe and enjoyable.

1. Be Respectful

Treat other users and our support team with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive language. Disagreements are normal—resolve them civilly or contact support for help. We are a global community; be mindful of cultural differences.

2. No Fraud or Dishonesty

Do not attempt to scam, cheat, or deceive others. Prohibited activities include: chargebacks with false claims, providing false information to support, impersonating staff or other users, using stolen payment methods, or manipulating prices or systems. Such行为 may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

3. No Spam or Abuse

Do not spam support tickets, create duplicate accounts to circumvent restrictions, use bots or automated tools without permission, or abuse promotions or referral systems. One account per person. Report issues once and wait for a response—we review every ticket.

4. Fair Trading

Only purchase for personal use or as legitimate gifts. Do not resell keys in violation of publisher terms, use keys for commercial purposes without permission, or share account access. Keys are for your own use and must be activated according to platform and regional rules.

5. Reporting Violations

If you see someone breaking these guidelines, report it via our contact form or support. Include any relevant details (order ID, screenshots, etc.). We take reports seriously and will investigate. Do not take matters into your own hands—let us handle it.

6. Consequences

Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent account bans, or referral to law enforcement when appropriate. We reserve the right to enforce these guidelines at our discretion. Repeated or serious violations will be met with stronger action.
