After purchase, your key will appear in your order confirmation and in your account under My Orders. Copy the key, then open the platform (Steam, Epic, Xbox, PlayStation, etc.), go to "Redeem code" or "Activate a product," and paste the key. Each platform has its own redemption page in your account settings.
Digital keys and gift cards are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. You'll see them in your order confirmation and in your account. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder for our email or contact support.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, ATG Wallet, and FIB. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL. Payment is processed at checkout before your key is delivered.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once a key has been delivered. Exceptions may apply for technical errors, duplicate purchases, or defective products. Contact us or create a support ticket to discuss your case.
First, double-check that you're redeeming on the correct platform (e.g. a Steam key only works on Steam). Ensure there are no extra spaces when copying. If the key is invalid or already used, create a support ticket with your order details and we'll assist you.
Some keys may have region restrictions set by publishers. Product pages usually note this when applicable. If you're unsure, contact support before purchasing.
